I had the great fortune to meet Amy von Eiff 0f Dining Divas a few months ago. She was the caterer and I was the planner of a 30th birthday bash. I was immediately impressed with Amy.
She loves what she does! It is so evident in the way she talks with passion about her work. I MUST mention the food - absolutely delicious! She and her team created an International Foods spread for the party featuring lots of tasty treats from across the globe. AMY: Dining Divas has been in business since April of 2008
e-vents: What was the inspiration for the name of your company?
AMY: I have been called a “Diva” because there are very few woman in the culinary field and
I strive to help other woman learn how to cook and to make their event special with a female touch.

AMY: Catering Services, Instructional cooking and Personal Chef Services

AMY: Teaching everyday woman gourmet meals that they never thought they could cook.
e-vents: What is the current trend in your industry?
AMY: The current trend in our industry is to use fresh ingredients by incorporating Organic Produce or Free-Range meats in our cooking and to use International Cuisine in your event menu.
e-vents: Describe your catering style……
AMY:Dining Divas catering style is to use Ethnic Fusion in several of our dishes to set us aside from other caters. We specialize in International Cuisine along with continuing to offer traditional dishes to give a diverse selection of food for your event.
e-vents: Suggestions for clients when preparing for an event
AMY: Dining Divas suggests when preparing for an event to have an agenda or a general style prepared to help plan for the event. Having a well organized event will turn each event into a party with exciting possibilities for creative touches.
